Overall, my stay at the Hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel was comfortable and clean; and, for the most part, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Group Traveler
We have had 2 large events at this hotel. Both times the banquet staff and event staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Food was great, banquet hall was beautiful and staff did everything to make the nights special. Dawn was wonderful with decorations and ideas; she made the night go smoothly and had fun doing it! Very nice to work with her! Rooms were beautiful. Our family and friends that stayed there were impressed with the changes!

Solo Traveler
The hotel is currently undergoing a major remodel. The rooms are finished, and they look great - much more upscale than you'd expect at HI. The exercise room was cramped, the equipment sort of dumped into an unused room and TV didn't work. It kept out all but the truly committed. Traveling as Couple
I think it will be a good hotel once remodeling is done. We recommend shutting down for a couple of weeks to get major work done. Difficult to walk in hallways due to new furniture arrival, and old items such as pictures, tables, mirrors from rooms. Pool was very nice. Room comfortable. Solo Traveler
Near to what's happening in palm beach, but much cheaper. Everything - except for the attached Pete Rose restaurant, which is where we had breakfast - is somewhat run-down and needs freshening. It was ok for my trip - which was three days in the area for a re-union. I just needed a place to sleep and clean up and it served that function. It's serviceable. ...read more
